“Chocolate Giraffe” is a small house on the banks of the canal among dense urban areas. The house is designed for fans of the dynamic city life and evening rest “without neighbors”. Simple forms and sharp edges completely fit into the shape of the surrounding megalopolis, uniting high-rise and low-rise buildings into a single whole.
The façade is made of decorative plaster and adorned with decorations. Layout provides for two spacious bedrooms and a large living room, as well as a console platform for tea.
Total area of the house is 196 sq. m.
