The house is located on high piles, which gives the floating effect to the entire structure. Simple shapes and clean lines emphasize the massive scope of the floating figure, which distinguishes this structure from identical houses. Under the house, there are parking slots for several cars and a large swimming pool with the house itself as a canopy.
The project “The house on legs” provides for a large living room with the second light and two bedrooms, dressing rooms and a huge balcony for afternoon tea. The façade is decorated with decorative plaster with a barely noticeable relief.
